3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Reside in a service area where Qwikly operates

4. Account Registration

• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

• Dispatching trained chefs to your location with fresh ingredients
• Meal preparation in your kitchen using your cooking facilities
• Kitchen cleanup after meal preparation
• A curated menu of home-style dishes across various cuisines

Service availability is subject to chef availability, location, and operating hours.

6. Orders and Payments

6.1 Placing Orders

When you place an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
• Be present at the location during the scheduled time
• Ensure access to a functional kitchen with necessary utilities
• Inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies

6.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

6.3 Payment

Payment must be made through our approved payment methods. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

7. Cancellations and Modifications

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 minutes before the scheduled chef arrival
• Cancellations after this window may incur a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances
• Modifications to orders are subject to availability

8. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

• Treat our chefs with respect and professionalism
