Delete Account

Delete from the app

You can delete your Qwikly account directly in the app:

• Open Qwikly and go to Profile.
• Tap Manage Account.
• Tap Manage Data.
• Choose Delete Account and confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email our Grievance Officer from the phone number or email address associated with your account.

• Send your request to rishabh@eatqwikly.in.
• Include your registered phone number and name.
• Use the subject line Qwikly account deletion request.

After verification, we will delete your account and associated personal data. Certain records, such as transaction records required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance, may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
